Three secret places of Drong Ngur Choje

1) Shag Wathang Drong Ngur Monastery

Among Drong Ngur Choje’s three secret supreme places, Wathang Drong Ngur Kagyu Phelge Ling monastery is the supreme sacred place of body. As master Padmasambhava’s statement, the first Drong Ngur Choje Gyalwa Gangpa Rinchen Woser founded it in 1248 for the benefit of sentient beings. Until now, it has the history of about eight hundred years.

2) Nagtoe Memo Drakar

Among Drong Ngur Choje’s three secret places, the secret place of speech Nagtoe Memo Drakar is situated presently in Tibet at the border between Shagchu of Driru district and Drachen district. This hill has a very long history and its marveling structure is extremely beautiful. The Chronicles of Padmasambhava states: In the cave of dakini for four months. As stated, it is the meditation place where Guru Padma Kara stayed for four months. Like the statement of the great master Padma Kara, first Drong Ngur Choje Gyalwa Gangpa Rinchen Woser opened the door of the sacred place and the successors of his incarnation blessed it. Especially, in 1969, the fifteenth Drong Ngur Choje, the great being Drubwang Tenzin Drodul stayed there for a long time. Thinking about the root of happiness of Tibet’s beings, he revealed the Glorious Vajra Kilaya mandala of Drong Ngur tradition’s profound teaching and he meditated there. This place is one of the unsurpassable supreme sacred places.

3) Sebthra  Zagen

Among Drong Ngur Choje’s three secret supreme sacred places, the supreme sacred place of mind Sebthra Zagen is situated currently in Shagchu region. Rocky mountains with lots of attractive sceneries can be seen. Lots of wondrous outer, inner and secret features are precisely clear in the guidebook to a sacred place ascertained by the vision of the fifteenth Drong Ngur Choje Tenzin Drodul.  As the time had come to benefit beings, Je Drodulpa opened the door of this sacred place in the dark year, 1969. He stayed there for a long time, blessed it and had lots of pure vision. During that period, the very famous Drong Ngur Choje’s written prophesy was also written at this sacred place.
